La Quinta by Wyndham Carlsbad

I really like the option that this chain gives you to do your own check-in on your cell. Saves you a bunch of time. Hotel check-in was fast. Room was big and comfortable, beds were firm, no malfunctions. Breakfast was solid. Didn't have time to check out the pool.

The staff was great and were staffed 24 hours which really helped with our 2am checkout. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space. The breakfast had plenty of options and was very yummy! The wifi worked well and we had no issues getting logged in. The bathroom was roomy and the water pressure was amazing!

Location on the south end was great as we had entry time of 8:30 at Carlsbad Caverns. The breakfast was okay, we usually find something we can enjoy, like the scrambled eggs and packaged sweet bran muffin.

I enjoyed the spacious room. Moreover, there was a staff member, Devon, he worked on the check in. I cannot tell you what a privilege it was to see a young man be such an exceptional worker. He went out of his way to provide great service. I had an issue, he did not complain. He see to it I was taken care of. If I return, it's largely dur to him.

It was all good as far as the Hotel went .The place was very clean and friendly.The staff was very kind and helpful.
